Keonna Knight, M.Ed, is a courage coach, burnout coach and wellness speaker who specializes in teaching Black women and visionary leaders how to balance rest and success. Her journey into this transformative work began in 2019 when she was a burnt out 5th grade teacher in East Oakland. After months of trying to juggle the endless responsibilities and intense emotional demands of being an educator, she made a conscious choice to do something different: put herself first. Despite feeling selfish at first, she discovered that investing in her own well-being was like plugging into a power source, allowing her to make a meaningful impact in the world while enjoying a fulfilling life.

Now, as the CEO of Heal with Keonna, she's empowered over 1,500 Black women and visionary leaders and 30+ organizations to make a difference in the world without sacrificing their well-being. Drawing from her extensive experience as a trained therapist, classroom teacher, and mindfulness instructor, Keonna provides coaching, community, and corporate wellness trainings that eliminate burnout and make wellness accessible and practical. Selam Hailu is a passionate humanitarian and founder of The Human Connection. Through THC she hopes to develop and perpetuate personal, local, and global systems of regeneration. Born in Ethiopia to a family who is half Muslim and half Christian, she grew up in the DMV at the intersection of a number of identities and cultures and hopes to be a part of co-creating systems in which everyone can and will thrive.

St. Luke Legacy Center Foundation, Inc. CEO

As President and CEO, Korinn brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her role at the helm of the St. Luke Legacy Center. With a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Communication from George Mason University, coupled with extensive experience as a serial social entrepreneur, Korinn possesses a unique skill set perfectly suited for leading the organization. Notably, her qualification as a Mental Health Professional for both children and adults enriches her leadership, enabling a nuanced understanding and effective response to the mental health needs within the community.

Through the founding and management of various agencies and organizations, she has consistently championed the cause of community empowerment.
