WE'RE RAISING $30,000 for RPS Graduates!
Richmond, Virginia – PLUS Holistic, a groundbreaking wellness initiative dedicated to fostering mindful leadership and holistic well-being, is proud to announce the inaugural PLUS Talk, set to take place on June 28, 2025. This highly anticipated event will bring together nine visionary leaders to deliver nine-minute talks centered around the theme “Lead Well.” This historic gathering will be hosted by Craig Watson of Lyric Ave, sounds by the one and only DJ Rayvon, as well as feature a performance by Artist Londrelle Love of Most High Music, and an award for PLUS Leader of the Year presented to Ashley Williams of The Well Collective.
"We created the PLUS Talk to amplify voices that inspire meaningful change," says Brandon Holloman-Lovee, Founder and Lead Wellness Advisor of PLUS Holistic. "This event isn’t just about hearing great ideas—it’s about shifting how we approach leadership, well-being, and community impact."
The PLUS Talk serves as the official brand launch of PLUS Holistic, an initiative that has been five years in the making. With a mission to redefine leadership through wellness and intentionality, PLUS Holistic introduces innovative offerings such as The PLUS Pages (a comprehensive guide to holistic services), The PLUS Pod (a mobile mindfulness retreat designed to combat overstimulation through intentional naps), and a nostalgic herbal tea delivery service reminiscent of the classic milkman experience.
Beyond thought-provoking discussions, the PLUS Talk is designed to make a tangible difference. Proceeds from the event will fund grants for RPS students to use for their personal support.
"Leadership isn’t just about making decisions—it’s about making a difference," Holloman-Lovee adds. "Through the PLUS Talk, we’re not only elevating today’s leaders but also investing in the future of leadership."
PLUS Holistic invites individuals and organizations to support the movement in multiple ways, including:
✔ Sponsorships & Partnerships – Businesses can support PLUS Talk through tailored sponsorship packages.
✔ Community Engagement – Attendees can help spread the word, volunteer, or contribute resources.

Keonna Knight, M.Ed, is a courage coach, burnout coach and wellness speaker who specializes in teaching Black women and visionary leaders how to balance rest and success.
Her journey into this transformative work began in 2019 when she was a burnt out 5th grade teacher in East Oakland. After months of trying to juggle the endless responsibilities and intense emotional demands of being an educator, she made a conscious choice to do something different: put herself first. Despite feeling selfish at first, she discovered that investing in her own well-being was like plugging into a power source, allowing her to make a meaningful impact in the world while enjoying a fulfilling life.
Now, as the CEO of Heal with Keonna, she's empowered over 1,500 Black women and visionary leaders and 30+ organizations to make a difference in the world without sacrificing their well-being.
Drawing from her extensive experience as a trained therapist, classroom teacher, and mindfulness instructor, Keonna provides coaching, community, and corporate wellness trainings that eliminate burnout and make wellness accessible and practical.

Carter is a mental health professional, community advocate, and award-winning social entrepreneur from Richmond’s Northside, committed to building businesses and brands that drive positive social change.
